Healthy Planet ‘Books for Free’ Eco weekend Eastleigh

Healthy Planet took part in an Eco Weekend in the Swan Centre in Eastleigh organised by landlords PruPim who wanted to promote sustainable living.

Shoppers enjoyed 2 days of eco activities and the Healthy Planet team were in full force with a tonne of second hand books to redistribute free.

Residents were delighted to be able to support us, just by taking away books to prevent them from going to landfill. Other participants included energy saving ideas from the Environment Agency, such as recycle rather than landfill.
