sports clothing and equipment sale. The time and tremendous effort
contributed by all those involved lead to an overwhelming success,
with a total of £500 raised for Safe Play.
Caroline Haas, one of the organisers commented on the success of
the event 'I still feel the energy and enthusiasm amongst our
group, large and small. Our children returned in the car so
proud of their achievement to help other children, as well as
learning the skill of
selling!!'

A bit more about Safe Play
'The key objective of our Safe Play programme is to engage those
most at risk of social exclusion in safe and positive activities.
We do this by running activities in partnership with schools, the
Metropolitan Police, Housing Associations and other partners.'
